Compassionate Hearts Home Care Services is preparing to provide support through Michigan’s Home Help Program for eligible individuals who need assistance with daily living activities while remaining safely at home.

We are preparing to support eligible Medicaid clients who need non-medical home care services designed around dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life. Coverage and service options may vary based on eligibility, authorization, and program approval.

MI Coordinated Health & D-SNP Plans

Compassionate Hearts Home Care Services is preparing to pursue partnerships with coordinated care and dual-eligible programs that support individuals with both Medicare and Medicaid needs.
