What constitutes a burden?
Everyone’s burdens are different, and their perspective may be completely different to the next person. If it’s something weighing you down, it’s a burden.
Can you help with all burdens?
No. We won’t take on a task we believe we can’t action. Where we don’t have the expertise, ability or capacity, we’ll let you know and, where possible, point you to other avenues.
Do you have a list of things you are able to do?
No. This business is about removing your burden rather than providing a fixed list of services.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, this business carries public liability insurance.
How far will Burden Busters travel?
The Great Southern of WA is our main area, but we frequently service the Peel region and the whole corridor from Albany to Perth. Some burdens only need remote phone/ online work — for these, we cover the whole of Western Australia.
How do you know how long a job will take?
Before we start, we give you a soft quote — our honest estimate based on what you’ve told us and what we can see. It’s a guide, not a locked-in price. If something looks like it will shift the time or cost, we’ll keep you informed — you approve extra time before we continue. This doesn’t happen often, but it can occur occasionally.
Can I gift a Burden Buster to someone without them knowing?
Yes — see our Gift Vouchers page for how pledging works.
Can I contact you when it is URGENT?
Yes. Life doesn’t always give notice — a family member in hospital, a house suddenly sold with only days to clear, a sibling interstate who can’t get there in time. Call us and tell us what’s going on — we’ll do our best to fit you in quickly. It costs nothing to call and explain your situation, even if you’re not sure we can help.
